Thank you for shopping with us. As as made-to-order brand, each garment is crafted specially for you after your order is placed.

Dispatch Timelines & Delivery Timelines

1. Our standard dispatch time is 5-7 working days. 
2. These given timelines could be impacted due to order volume and other unavoidable reasons.
3. The dispatch time starts from next day from order date.
4. We do not ship orders on Sundays and National Holidays as courier services are not operational.
5. Delivery timelines are completely depends on the destination. Every pin code has different delivery timelines.
6. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
7. Delivery to rural area may take slightly longer.
8. If any pin code is not serviceable due to embargo, our team will reach out to you and may ask for alternate address from you.
   

Order Tracking

1. You will receive a tracking details from courier once the parcel is dispatched.
2. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

1. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
2. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses/ mobile number/ email.
