Return and Refund Policy

We do not allow returns or refunds for any purchases made through our website. All sales are final and non-refundable.

We only accept returns/ exchange in case of damaged products which is very rare as our products undergo a quality check before dispatch.

For any damage claim, the customer need to provide a valid opening video of the parcel. In the absence, of the same, no request will be accepted.

Please note that we try to stay accurate to the true colours of our fabrics. However, colours of the product may slightly vary due to screen resolution of different devices used by customers. Also, there is no guarantee on fabric/ dye.

All the pictures at our website/ Instagram page are taken under natural light or has no additional effects.
